At the Fourth Annual ONE by ONE Convention, experts from different backgrounds shared resources and information with delegates. Kim Williams, the Chief Education Officer of Frameworks of Tampa Bay, Inc. along with her colleague Caitlin Simmons work together to teach young people to manage their emotions, develop healthy relationships, and make good decisions for academic, career, and personal success.
